Fantastic Health club with medical professional as owner, the right place to sweat out with a place full of energy. It's all about the Ambience and the equipment which makes the difference from other gyms.

One of the finest Gyms in Kochi city for its location, Ample Car parking facility, Good and helpful trainers and very spacious interior facility.
The range of equipments and its functioning is better than most other gyms around the city with some minor opportunities to improve. (A few more specific equipments would just be perfect)
Overall its a very good fitness centre at quite affordable subscription rates (relative)

Now comes the best part - it's open from "5Am to 10:30 Pm" along with its very friendly staff ambiance.

As of now I am satisfied with the staff and assistance. But some treadmills require repair and locker room needs urgent attention.

I have experience from most of the US gyms and some big once from EU and south America. I work as a personal trainer in US and have knowledge and experience with most of the equipments. They use the space pretty well and all the verities of equipmens you need. The gym was pretty clean. The customer service at the front was top notch from both shifts agents. They have scheduled time for male or female only plus mixed. Call in advance to find out exactly so you won't end up traveling like me all the way to find out:) . They also have personal trainers that can assist you and sauna rooms on the second floor that I couldn't use bc they were doing some construction there. Overall very good experience. I would visit again.

I had been here for workouts since 2019.This place was good to start with but deteriorated over time. Equipments are not maintained properly and half of which are outdated. Treadmill does not have a ups back up which means it poses a potential risk of a severe back injury during workouts. Although claimed as having international standards the worst place is the changing rooms which are very unhygienic and are permanently emanating unpleasant odor from wash rooms. The trainers keep changing very frequently.Although earlier memberships were reasonable and competitive, present memberships are priced exorbitantly high, and members are denied extension for the periods which it was closed during first and second lockdowns.Looks like the management has become very client unfriendly and fleecing away in broad day light.Presently only a handful members are coming for workouts with the set of equipments and nothing else is positive other than the space, connectivity and its location. Anyone can go and experience this for a trial of one month and see the ground reality. Long term memberships always carry the risk of being denied extension or even a potential closure as per rumors.
