Moving to this gym is the best decision I've ever made...I'm saying this is the best gym because it got the best trainers..they are friendly and more focused on workouts..here I got 2 ladies trainers.. everyday they make sure I workout properly and helped me to get into shape.. they take out for a nature workout at weekends..don't expect that this is a posh gym but it is spacious. This is definitely a perfect and best gym in Palakkad.

Before i went to an another gym but i didn't get any results. Moving to this gym is the best decision I've ever made...... I git the best features of body form here. More they focus on workouts.. Trainers are friendly and supportive. It is a 24 hours gym. It is one of the best gym in palakkad.
