Excellent personal training. Everything is so clean, a special shout out to the trainer who is also the owner Mr. Avinash. He's always been welcoming, kind and generous.
Though this is my first time experience, I've lost almost 6-7 KG in the span of 40 days! Not to mention other weight gainers, so far I've seen other students build their muscles and strength in just 3 months.

To start with, the trainer is amazing ,friendly and his knowledge about everything related to fitness and diet is very vast.
The equipments in the gym are very good ,well maintained and upgraded over time.

Personally, this place has been a wonderland for my body transformation from being obese towards healthy. Some info to help you,
1. Equipments: Varied, Efficient and classic. They have everything for every muscle group to be happy.
2. Trainer: Avinash is the best trainer who listens to you and help you make perfect workout plans according to your needs and limitations. The set of training for weight loss was fun and changes every few weeks so you can always look forward for more actions.
3. Over all place: 2 stories with 1 dedicated Cardio lounge and another mat covered muscle training area. Hygeinic and have that rusty classic GYM looks! Open cupboards for your bags and restrooms are added advantage. No issue with parking as well.
Update : I have shed around 11kgs in 4 months and its still ON and strong. Was able to summit 14K feet himalayan mountain with the help of right training and boosting your confidence.
