Gold's Gym

All is well latest equipment well trained trainers, and all types of facilities like yoga dance classes aerobics spa strength fitness of full body, all employees of Gold Gym doing service with smile, the best facility so far in the region. Massive space n max number of cardio equipment so there is no waiting for treadmill turn. I'm very satisfied.

International brand but not able to cope up with local competitors. The machines are good but space is less and the gym lacks cross fitness training and equipment. The trainers are very good and know how to make you sweat without harming your body. Last but not the least, it's a little costly.

Gold is only the name inside it is garbage of treadmill. 6 out of 10 are in defected/ dead state. For name of maintenance only they celebrate holiday.

Best place best people !! Old is gold , i workout almost everyday of my travel passport with golds and got some good results too 👍

Friendly staff and trainers, all the equipment is in top shape. A new cross fit section has been added as well. Locker room and washrooms have started to show their age, which needs to be spruced up ASAP

A decent gym variety of equipment. Clean & hygienic as well. But there are certain things they promise like Zumba Dance classes etc. but after joining you won't find all the activities promised at the time of joining.

Gold Gym is good place to workout. Everything is professionally handled here.

Trainer's don't care very much.. Once you give them fees they don't care about your exercises and BCA test...
