This is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. It's hard but the coaches genuinely have an interest in your success. I actually look forward to going and the feeling of accomplishment I get after a workout is amazing. I feel better and stronger every day. I can't say enough about the caring and expertise of the coaches.Overall one of the best gym in my city Panchkula with best services and well maintained swimming pool.

Who r going in pool read it ones. Please Just don't go there. I don't know about gym but their pool is worse. Anyone can spit anywhere he likes. Bathroom condition is just omg. Most importantly I think the water of pool is not cleaned since years. It goes in mouth, u get loose motion, in eyes then they start irritating and becomes red.
