nice gym. professional gym. trainers are good and there are 4-5 trainers at a time ,so proper trainer attention. Seperate area for physical excersice. Safe environment for girls, Cameras are installed.

Place is vast...the whole gym is based on a single floor with all the machinery kept in their designated place separating cardio, calisthenics and power tools.
Overall gym has a nice aura and is a nice place to workout....timings are from 5am to 11pm.

Worst gym ever, trainers are very rude and don’t have basic etiquettes to communicate, though its cheap but its never worth it to go in this

This isn't just a workout place . This place makes you feel like home . People like Anuj and Aditya are not just trainers to help you , they guide you , give you proper direction and nobody is more excited to see your transformation then these guys . Kudos .
