Good place to workout with latest equipment’s and well supportive trainers. Well maintained. I lost 15 kgs in 3 months of time. Must go.

Been a member of Fluid Fitness at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, since Apr 2016 and will continue to be a member.

Best features -
1. First class equipment, which is cleaned many times a day. Equipment is of a wide variety. Separate areas for weights, cardio and aerobics.
2. Very professional trainers. Pay attention to all members. Female friendly.
3. Special classes and dedicated space for zumba and other aerobic exercises.
4. Segregated facilities for women and men.
5. Separate Steam bath facilities for both women and men.
6. Open all 7 days.
7. The members are very civilised folk. Female friendly.
In my 6 years as a regular member, never saw even one badly behaved person.
8. Reasonably priced subscription. They have special discount offers too.

All in all, highly recommended for any fitness enthusiast.
