Hype The Gym

I've been to almost every gym in and around Greenfields, Faridabad and finally ended up at Hype, Greenfields. I can vouch for this place even while at sleep. It's USP list goes long like qualified trainers, vast space, hygiene, equipment varieties. Two of their trainers are current gold medalists in their respective categories. I'm personally training with Pardeep Nagar, one of the most knowledgeable athlete I've met. With him, my journey towards transformation has been quite satisfying. He practices as well as preaches fitness. I highly recommend this gym to every fitness enthusiast.

Excellent person and a trainer (Dharmendra). Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. Medium and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended.

Complete waste of money.

No diet and exercise chart given.
No exercise advise from Trainers, they even don’t care.
No hygiene. Dust all over the place.
No spa or good washroom

Totally overrated. Please avoid this gym.

Gym is in pathatic condition - No maintenance, dirty and torn mats, poor air conditioning, no group activities, even no WhatsApp group for updates, No diet guidance etc. It was informed at the time of joining that improvment in body measurement card will determine incentive of trainers however I noticed in last 10 months that there is no trainer guidance at all and they even don't bothered you do exercise correctly or not you come to Gym or not. No motivation at all. They hyped and sold one year package however this Gym does not worth for even one month.
Only zumba classes for girls are good.

It's an awesome place to workout and very familiar staff I recommend to join this gym
