Universal Gym

The gym has 4 floors including 1 basement Floor. Gym is always open in day time they have plenty of trainers, staff is cooperative. About the facilities/machine equipments i have seen enough of treadmills and bicycles. I have seen a lot of weight but despite having 4 floor they were lacking in some gym equipment, some advanced equipments for working out on a specific muscle group. I was here for a corporate workout session, I loved the female trainer who was so enthusiastic about her job. I will definitely recommend this gym if you are a newbie or a pro. About cost 4k per month 7k for couples and 1 lakh 30 thousands for a lifetime (10 years) @travellercloud on Instagram.

The gym is very good for aerobics ans other group session classes but it's weight lifting trainers r very bad and they just interested in personal trainers which they directly say and once u refused they will not show any interest.
Overall not good experience becoz I joined for muscles buildup but trainer was very bad. Waste of money.

It is the best choice if u want to see some serious changes in your body.The gym offers Zumba,Tabatha,Yoga and Spinning classes given by experienced instructors. There is also an entire floor just for cross fit training in the gym.The gym even offers personal training. The gym offers sauna and shower also.With so many choices I think Universal Gym definitely stands out. Also I personally went to this Gym and lost 15 kgs and had a very good experience. The Gym also has a very good environment where you can forget everything and just focus on workout.The instructors were very helpful in the gym and motivated me to achieve my fitness goals.I don't think I would have been able to achieve my fitness goals without the positive environment offered by Universal Gym

One of the best gym in Gurgaon , Equipment, staff , and trainer are good and very helpful .

The gym is quite spacious, housed across 4 floors and have decent equipments and machines.

That said, only these doesn't make a gym good. Its staff and trainers are quite unhelpful. Trainers and other staff always play very loud music enough to deafen people. And when asked to lower the volume, they mockingly say that the loud volume is because customers are asking for it. (Seems like paying the gym fee doesn't make you a customer :P). So, I asked a couple of members whether you want a loud music in front of these trainers or not and members said 'no'. I went to gym a couple of times when there was no one on the floor except me and trainer. So, I asked trainer to lower the volume and this time the reason was that he needs to exercise and for this, he needs high volume. Guess, who needs high volumes now.

Would suggest to try the gym out, its a good one.

The gym is amazing with great equipment and facilities. The best thing is covid 19 hygienic they always sensitize the machines and equipment around the center. Trainers are also professional and with good knowledge. Now they are merged with cult fitness and it's come with multiple benefits.
