Do exercises at your home but don't go to elite gym.
They only train you if u take PT otherwise they won't even notice you. They don't care what do u do and how you do exercise. Trainer has no manners how to treat client. Totally manners less and ridiculous. During trial period they are like your friends but after you pay money you will see the real show.😡😡😡

One of Navsari's Best Gyms with a hands on approach by the very humble owner, Milankumar.
This place has great training staff & a really positive vibe & extremely spacious too.
Most definitely recommended!!
