One of the best gym I have ever visited,

Being Sports Physiotherapist, I highly Do Not recommend this Gym. Always keep Air cooler off , Training in heat conditions without Maintained temperature is a risk of Cardiac Arrest.
No trained First Aid instructors for emergency life saving.
Apart from that zero hospitality, poor machine maintainence. & no technique corrections from trainers.

Not good gym for improvement only for time pass

Poor quality Gym, professionalism, AC for show off only. No improvement in my fitness

I didn’t get proper gym facilities & didn’t receive any help from the trainers while loading weights. I’m disappointed with their stubborn gym subscription policy & unprofessional behaviour.

One of the best gym I have ever been to, reasonable fees and the staff are super supportive

NOTE - They will not continue your subscription after lockdown, they will ask for money again, this doesn't happen in any other Gym, I visited another Gym like Spartan, Stark fitness Gym in waghodia road and they are extending their one month subscription for every customers. You can visit any other Gym at this price which is 1200-1500 monthly and their facilities are far more better than MG Flex.
No trainer.
No maintained machines.
Not allowed to go for heavy weights.
AC is for show off only.
