Great place for beginners. The owner who is also an efficient trainer gives personal attention to whoever would start needing it after they have reached a limit themselves. Witnessed light hearted events like birthday celebrations of people who are regular and connected with the Gym. Do try their existing offers for new joiners.

Good place to workout to keeping in shape. Trainer who is also the owner is helpful and supports new comers. I was helped well by him to shed quite some kilos. Do try it once.
