Aswa Gym - Premium Health & Fitness Center in Mehsana

This is the best Gym I had ever experienced with modern brand machinery, qualified and well experienced trainers, well designed interior, advance level of group activities, high level of workout and well diet plan. I highly recommend this Gym.

I joined the gym and I left it after 4 days because I never experienced such worst culture in any gym in my 20yrs of fitness journey. Trainers behavior is very Unprofessional towards females they keep flirting with female clients or cracking dirty jokes on females it is really weird. Definitely not recommended for families.

The Aashva Gym has well equipment for excercise,muscle building & cardio.The energetic Atmosphere..certified trainers..and the Gym fees structure is budget friendly to all kind of members.

Will update my review once I have more experience here as only one week till now, but till now it was smooth experience, have all type of equipment available for exercise and knowledgeable trainer who always there to help you out. Although there is rush in the morning too but due to having plenty of space it is easy to manage and do your exercise

The equipments are good as they are new. But there are no trainers and no one to guide and monitor or correct you if you go wrong. Lot of chances of injury. Due to internal politics non of the trainers stay there for more than a week. Zero motivation. I have seen 6 trainers quit in just 2 months. I am stuck paying money there for 6 months. Owner is not cooperative as well.

One of the best gym in our area modhera road , I have been going here since 1 year and it's amazing to work out here so i Suggest if you are thinking about going gym must visit here the staff is amazing and supportive so do visit ,,💪💪💪

Good equipment , cleaning place and all staff are very sapotive and helpfull ,
In mehsana number one gym to family.
Trainer are sapotive to use achieve your gole.
