Paldi life fitness gym is situated near mahalakshmi cross road. Life fitness itself is a brand so i think i dont need to give more detalis about the gym

I have no words for life fitnesses gym this is just amazing

Gym - latest equipments available, bit overcrowded but other than that it's one of the best in the area
Trainers - if you want any help from them look around for some pretty girl and done there you got.
Once you start the exercise they'll start roaming around whether you're done with it or not, whether you're doing right or not.
Even same review was there for personal training program

Overall, beginners please avoid it.

The worst experience. Staff and trainers have inappropriate behavior. Not at all customer friendly atmosphere. They just want your money.
Less space more crowd. No experience of trainers at all

Gym isn't well equipped. Rods and machine grips are broken. This iconic muscle gym isn't good about time. It remains close between 12 to 5. And A/C are not working well. Total disappointment. Don't go for it.

The gym is well maintained but the coordinators are not. The front staff is not customer oriented and sometimes are quite illogical. The gym did not even bother to call up during the pandemic in order to renew the membership and as soon as the rules were relaxed the staff started calling up like robots asking to join and pay for the next year membership fees. Not recommended due to poor and unprofessional communication.

The coordinators dont talk amont themselves and spread misinformartion. Gym is closed more then its open and when its closed, on the same day, front desk operstor/gym trainer from gym calls you and asks you to come.
