Should change trainers or change management to train people. Should focus on all people rather then fews like close one or friends, because ultimately we are coming there with hoping for well treat. Ultimately you take this much fees so definitely we are expecting those things from your side well. I hope you will change for best.

they even dint care about customer service and their respect . just taking a benefit-that in new ranip ppl ,dnt have choice for gym and yoga class . poor management. i advice to the owner that pls teach your staff how to respond to customer rather than just focus on fees collection .

I wish to share my experience for VR ultimate fitness gym, Atmosphere, facility, equipment, trainers and other facilities are outstanding. I have been a client with other gyms as well but the experience with Vr ultimate fitness was tremendous and always competitive and reasonable in terms of value of money.

It's very nice gym with all facility like steambath, changing rooms, shower, lockers, and the floor space in gym is so large... Very spacious gym.. With best quality machine... Also with Zumba, yoga, functional training.. Trainer are good with knowledge and take care... Nice staff.... Enjoying workout.....

Nice & Friendly Staff & Good Gym Equipment, along with all the other facilities like Zumba, Steam Bath, Yoga Session & various Cardio Equipment... have been Member for more than a year & recently renewed the package. Quite Happy........

Management is very unprofessional. They are judgemental about people's body . Should hire proffesional and certified trainer. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Uninspiring manager (owner) and very r**e staff. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY GYM LIFE.Really dissapointed with owners behavior.

They aren't maintaining any discipline and decorum. Crowd management is very poor.
NOT FOLLOWING ANY COVID GUIDELINES.
The public comes to that place is also not appreciatable.
I paid the fees and I am regretting it now.
