Very poorly managed and the gym is so conjusted. No proper facilities for weight training and the trainer himself doesn't know anything.

Decent gym proper maintained & all equipment to train each muscles properly. Manager abhay sir is great coach

Lovely gym with nice equipments and if you go for a personal trainer its much more beneficial.
Zakir sir is best and i like the way he trains.
And other trainers are also good.they are thorough with their knowledge

Poor management , after paying money no responsible even not getting any slip...do not join this Gym
