First of all... This is the place where my search ended for a good gym and the best training. I wasted about 6 years by going gym after gyms in yamuna vihar just to find out where i can get the right training as per my body requirements but the results were zero even in the branded and fancy gyms.

I joined The Iron Clutch Gym with a low heart to be honest as i had a bad experience but after joining this gym my perception is completely changed because of the training i get here is best above all, and the trainer Saurabh Sir is the best kind of person about everything right from behaviour to training with old and new members he gives training really well.

Be it getting selected for Mr. Asia, Mr./ Delhi, be it loosing weight or be it building body many people have achieved their goals after getting trained by Saurabh Sir.

He himself is the winner of Mr.Delhi 100+ weight category.

About gym... it has all the latest fitness equipments great ventilation and water facilities. The monthly fees is rs. 1500 and 3500 for 3 monts.

Amazing gym, quite affordable & trainer is amazing. Cross fit not that good but weight training & cardio is just great. Go for it
