Best gym you can find in that area.lots of equipment and never had any trouble getting on the equipment.

Best place to stay fit and gain muscle..!!You will get a chance to have knowledge of exercises and diet as well.!!Trainers too work hard with you..!!

Hands down, the best option I've been training in (MF Zone). Very friendly team that really makes me want to train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Very congested. Not even walking area after sets. Have to bend, slide through spaces in order to reach a particular machine.
Dumbbells were scattered across the place. Hard to find a set. Just went once because of above reasons, not going again.

Nice gym in maujpur area with all equipments and trained staff
