They are a bunch of highly professional trainers. Friendly environment makes work out fun. The gym is well equipped and spacious and also conducts Aerobics and Yoga classes on weekly basis for those who are interested. The best part is that it provides one with flexible timings as it is open almost the whole day and for good number of hours on Sundays as well.

Nice gym , gr8 instructor . But didn't get the vibe when walked inside the gym . Interior designs not so gud which makes it an average gym .
