Staying healthy and fit is always a step towards achieving good physical health and mental health. Our health should always be a priority. My overall experience at gym is good. The exercises helped me tone up my muscles. Trainors in this gym are cool and friendly. Diet chart is also provided for maintaining good health. The modern equipments of the gym helped me to improve my target areas and muscles. It is an amazing place and I was really impressed with the ambience of this place. Also, the gym is fully air - conditioned and the loud music in the gym makes me feel energetic while doing exercises. Overall, it is an amazing place for people to stay fit.

The gym is one of the best in the area.. it's well equipped. The trainers, manager and owner here r experienced and soft spoken. The whole staff is really helpful. It's never a dull moment at strength.

Worst gym in the area owner doesn't have manner how to talk to his clients and manager name as rohit switch off AC's on the instruction of owner but trainers are best.

For your kind information I have left the gym on 19th of July only because of your bad behavior and today I was there just to celebrate my friend birthday.
