Founder of this gym Mr. Steven Dias brought awareness, enthusiasm, interest towards gym in the city of Silvassa.

He started his first gym beside Collector Bungalow and named gym as “ Steven’s Gym” in the year 2004(approx).

He believed in this profession and continued into this and now in(2018) it is one the best gym in the term of equipments, Facilities, Gym trainers.

This gym is made in three zone i.e. weight lifting, cardio and functional, and Zumba.

Best gym in Silvassa. Well maintained equipments and best trainers.

Very Good Experience .... with all staff of body fity zone..

Mostly 2nd hand machines. Need maintenance.

Everything was fair and good but there are only 2 benches near the dumbbell rack they should bring one more.

Best and biggest unisex gym in Silvassa. Friendly atmosphere and cooperative trainer. All necessary equipment available. Best part of the gym is the owner very charming person. Large space for cardio.
