Instead of just having big mirrors and loud music in a gym, it must have a trainer with sound mind who can bring remarkable changes as per the need by having minimal constraints.

And this trainer will not only give you certain instructions but can also explain them very clearly that why you should follow them.So go fot it, you will be satisfied undoubtedly.

Honestly the gym is not that good because it has no machines and it operates with free weights only
But one thing is for sure, the trainer will not disappoint you. He is equipped with so much knowledge that he has answers for all your queries. Definitely 5stars for trainer

Trainer matters not the equipment, owner Suraj had been a long term friend of mine and he had been friendly yet very professional in his approach. I think the trainer is the besttrainer in Korba. Someone make a gym to any place with purchase of equipments for his or her but how can someone make a trainer for his or her. I can give 5 star to this gym.I think this gym has enough space and equipments to exercise.

I always think gym is equal to equipments and weight lifting, but the truth gym trainer helps me to understand that without equipments, with the help of proper exercise and diet we can achieve our body fitness.
