If you are a beginner and want to learn bodybuilding from scratch then this gym is the best in JDP. I have been to all the gyms Freak,pulse and Police Training Gym. None of them offers you a free mentorship and diet throughout your scheduled weight training.

Cost is reliable and worth every penny

only disadvantage is the bad song choice but you can play your own music.

Better then all gym under 1500 P/M in Jagdalpur best training at very less cost all the trainers are certified and the owner is national champion ✅️

If you are a beginner and just started with weight training this gym is best in Jagdalpur , where trainers teaches from the scratch , non biased behaviour between personal and general training

Lovely place to have workout and have such good trainer can't say the best but it is one of the best among other gyms in jagdalpur
