A good gym and cardio center located at centre of city. It consists of two rooms basically one for gym equipment and other for cardio equipment. It's a unisexual gym. General trainer and personal trainer both are available. Equipment available is in ample quantity. Upto the time of this review the fees for gym was 600 per month and for cardio its 1000 per month. So you can adopt any one of the method or both combined. It opens 6 days a week and remain closed on Sundays. Timing are same as provided in discription..

Good place for gym and cardio in jagdalpur and nice trainer at reasonable cost

It is very good but have not good trainer and lack of parking space.

Without cardio they cost only 600/- per month..
