1. Gym trainer and owner is very good, well mannered, helpful, grounded to earth type person. If you ask him for your exercise he surely will guide you. But if you sit quietly expecting he will come and insist for exercise then you may feel disappointed.
2. Gym is not crowded and every things are at their respective position because gym trainer strictly follow the rule that if you are using weight or dumbbell you have to keep it back after your exercise is completed that is the second good point.
3.You may feel charges or more than the facility that are being provided to you. In my case i was really getting disappointed for not turn on the AC despite of that much sweating. Some modern equipment need to be added if your charging that much.
4. This point is only for boys...jayada log hone pr n yaar exercise krne me mjaa aata hai... Aap alag alag muscles category ke logo ko dekh rhe ho or thode motivate ho rhe ho or jyada effort lga rhe ho... Yha me jb mai tha to sb waise ke waise hi aate the... 😂😂... I mean kuch waisa tha nhi ki jo ki push kre mujhe or reps ya effort ke liye. Smjh rhe ho n boys to boys things.. 😃
4.1 interesting memories from there was that ... a girls who come there for weight loss justifying me that if AC will not be turned on then more sweating will help her in losing her weight and i was like that what the nonsense this is... Just close the fan and Cooler or whatever of your house you will start sweating and loose your weight why you are paying to Gym then.. ( eyes blinked) .
5. 1 more things that bothered me that it's closing tym. If you are a late night employee then it high chances that you will not found gym opened after 9pm .
6. Again this things can be improved over time.. and if u are currently doing exercise there and not feeling any type of problems then don't blame me buddy for my review. I was doing gym there for nearly 7-8 months and on the basis of my experience I have wrote all this.
7. You may find difficulties in finding partner in gym for your exercise. If you have already a partner and you are planning to go there. Just ignore this point.
8. I have not paid much attention on my grammar while writing it so please ignore it. I will try to make it errorless whenever I will get time. Don't mock me on that. भावनाओं को समझे सबदो में क्या रखा हैं. ( another eye blink)
I will share some good memories that i have captured while I was working out there.
The trainer is super nice and takes interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at.
I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.
I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great!.
