I suffer from piles but the Head Trainer Tushar Patel and my PT Aniket Garodia trainer took well care of my glutes and diet🍑🍑🍑.

I am afraid of swimming in the pool but the steam facility that Gold's provide helped me overcome my fear🥺🥺🥺.

Nice place for full body workout with big brand name behind it . And the trainers are also so cooperative and helpful.
