F3 FITNESS

Whatever I have acquired knowledge about fitness is all from F3 fitness. They provide zumba classes too. And Ma'am and Sir ,they are very friendly which makes me feel homely

I have been working out in this gym from the last one year. It has been a good experience so far. What I learnt from here is to rediscover yourself grow beyond what you thought you were capable of, growing strong together💪🏽

Here, I have joined since 2019... I did both gym and zumba.. Both are very good.. I got results.. The instructors are very good.. The gym is equipped with all basic equipments..

Excellent personal training. Well maintained gym and a great mentor ( Arup sir) who offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. Well equipped, friendly, clean and comfortable environment. Would highly recommend!

Initially my weight was 98kg and now it is 88kg. Lost 10kg within a short duration of 2 months with the expertise of the trainer. With proper exercise followed by a proper diet given by the trainer Mr. Arup Dutta. The best part is muscle building process along with the weight loss . So for me the weight loss journey has been quite impressive and it's still going. The environment is also good and energetic. So over all great place to work on yourself, be it weight loss or muscle building

Gym is a very good and very disciplined. I LOVE THIS GYM 💯💯💯.
