Almost no lockers are available, most of them are locked since forever.
Out of all those treadmills, one has an earthing issue thus giving us small shocks, and one has worn out running belt.
machines are not properly oiled/greased, benches are a worn out,
half of the dumbbells are worn out(rubber sides have come off), few dumbbells has lost theirs weight display, belts are mostly broken or not available in minimum of 2 sizes, and very bad choice of music is being played specially during late hours.
Every time i cross reception, i see someone watching some or the other YouTube videos on the reception desktop.
These were negatives points
few positive points are-
Gym trainers are really helpful, and well informed in their own field
drinking water is available
Air conditioner does works well enough
Assessment report machine is available!
And the best part of the gym is that it remains open till 11 pm(unlike any other gyms in town), so all the late night buddies can hit the gym till late hours..

A great place to self discovery through a disciplined act of exercising. The place is very Convinient and easy to locate. The staffs are very friendly. The trainers are very helpful, humble and very knowledgeable guiding the clients according to their needs. The session packages are affordable too. Give it a try and you'll have no regrets.
Have joined one month back and already seeing positive results (hearing it too 😊)

A1 Gym, with A1 equipment, the floor trainers, Personal trainers is willing to help and are more patient as compared to other gyms in the city.

Not a good experience, their fees is really very high as we compare the gym, when i visited many trade mill was out of service.

The gym closing timing is 11 pm but it always closes at 10.15 to 10 .30 mostly many of my friends want to join the gym but it mostly closes 45 min to 30 minutes before and all forces to closes before please gym authority look into this matter as soon as possible

I have recently heard that the gym is closing I have renewed my membership on dec 25 Christmas I have nearly attended few sessions only please refund my full membership as soon as possible

All are good starting from equipments, ambiance and space. But the trainer are so PROFFESIONAL that they will just teach whom they have been paid for training. they won't even teach u once also even if u are 1 week old.

Perfect place to sweat it out.. They have ample lot of equipments and trainers to serve your need
... The place has well served ac n other requirements for a smooth workout... Well deserved 4 stars.
