Air conditioned, well equipped with all the necessary workout things but place is bit congested, flow of people can be high at times. Better to plan your workouts in the morning session.

I had started my training on December 2nd 2020... My trainer is kumar sir.... In 2 months with a perfect diet plan and cardio... I had Lost '16' kgs... And later proceeded with strength training...i used to be 94kg... Now I'm 74...all because of his training.... It's a good and affordable place....
