Nice place for heavy workout for men’s and women’s

Ive been going to the gym for a few weeks now except for the squat rack they got everything you need and also the weights are unlabled soo uhhh you decide it was quite ok for me.

Went for 2 months , friendly coach and less fee , with old equipment

It's best for a good workout in budget.. recommended to go for it if your not keen to go for a complete mechanised gym.

Good place to work out.equipments are old. But fee less and you will feel the real iron weight of dumbbells insted of rubber dumbbells
